Our Story
Chef Timothe
Kiss the Dish is a private kitchen offering private chef services that started in 2020. The founder, Timothe, is a French chef who has worked at Michelin Restaurants in France for six years. After he came to Hong Kong, he met his wife and they shared a love of French food and culture. So, in 2018, they opened their first French bistro in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Two years later, Timothe wanted to provide higher-quality dishes, so he transformed into a private kitchen and focused on cooking exquisite French dinners. They offer in-house dining and private chef services, allowing guests to enjoy fine French cuisine at home.
Today, Kiss the Dish has moved to Nice, France, and continues to provide private chef services to guests in Nice, Monaco, Cannes and Côte d'Azur, allowing them to enjoy high-quality dinners at home.
